We provide professional repair, installation, and maintenance services for:

3. Service Area
Our services are available across the Tricity region including Panchkula, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and technician availability. Additional travel charges may apply for areas outside our primary service zones.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Service charges will be communicated before commencing any repair work.
- Diagnostic/inspection fees may apply and will be informed upfront.
- Spare parts costs are separate from service charges.
- We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cheques.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
5. Service Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- Warranty period varies based on the type of service and parts used.
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, power fluctuations, or natural disasters.
- Original service receipt is required for warranty claims.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance issue.
- Ensure safe access to the appliance requiring repair.
- Be present or have an authorized representative during the service visit.
- Back up any important data before service (for applicable devices).
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee for future bookings.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best possible service, Mohan Refrigeration & Electricals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
